The Eades Estates
Where we are
We’re conveniently located just outside the picturesque riverside town of Upton upon Severn, perched at the top of Tunnel Hill with stunning views over the town and the Cotswolds beyond. From the estate, you can enjoy wonderful walks straight from your doorstep, exploring the surrounding countryside and ending up in one of the many local pubs. A short drive away, you'll find the beautiful Malvern Hills, renowned for their scenic walks and sweeping views. Keep an eye out for the iconic lamp posts said to have inspired C.S. Lewis’s Chronicles of Narnia, or visit the resting place of composer Edward Elgar, whose music was shaped by the landscape around him.
A little further afield, the rolling hills and honey-coloured stone villages of the Cotswolds await. You’ll also be within easy reach of the historic cathedral cities of Worcester, Gloucester, and Hereford — all well worth a visit.
If you’d rather leave the car behind, we’re easily accessible by train. Both Pershore and Malvern stations are just a 15-minute taxi ride away. Upton itself is only a short stroll down the hill and has everything you might need during your stay — from small supermarkets and cosy pubs to cafés and independent shops to browse.
